I built Founder OS because I needed it myself.

Before building my AI agent team I was posting on one platform and doing everything myself. I built Founder OS so my own agents could run the parts of the business I shouldn't touch, and it worked. I am not technical. Can I do this?

Yes. Everything is built in plain-English files and guided on the calls. If you can describe how your business works, you can build this.

How much time does it take each week?

2 group calls of about 90 minutes, plus 2 to 3 hours of building between them. Weeks 1 and 2 are the heaviest, because that is where the brain gets written.

What if I miss a call?

Every call is recorded and stays yours. The build happens in the room, so plan to be on most of them.

Which tools do you use?

Grok Bot, with Hermes where needed. The same stack Elisa runs her own business on, with the files on GitHub. Because the brain is files, not a tool, you can move to a better model when one comes out without starting over.

Why only 10 seats?

Elisa builds with every member personally over 6 weeks. 10 is the number that works.

Do the agents send things without me?

No. Approval gates are written into your files in week 6, and the Founder Copilot asks before anything goes out.
